• Example: Cholera, Malaria, and Plague.
• Communicable diseases can be avoided in the following ways:

1. Maintaining personal hygiene by washing hands regularly.
2. Proper disposal of garbage.
3. Practicing good hygiene when preparing and handling food.
4. Avoid eating spoiled food.
5. Getting vaccinated on time.
