What are spermatogenic cells?

Spermatogenic cells :

1. The spermatogenic cells are the cells that form mature sperms by the process of spermiogenesis.
2. Spermatogenic cells are present inside the seminiferous tubules of the testis.
3. The spermatogenic cells divide by mitosis, then meiosis to form gametes, which mature into sperm by the process of spermiogenesis.
4. The developing spermatogenic cells remain connected by cytoplasmic bridges until they have formed a mature spermatozoan.
