What did Einstein mean by time is relative?

1. According to Einstein's Special theory of relativity, time is relative.
2. Time depends on the reference frame of the observer.
3. If one observer moves with a speed of light then the time will slower down for him.
4. On the other hand if the other observer moves slower than the speed of light then the time will pass faster.
