  3. Zinc is part of many enzymes, it is involved in wound healing, immunity, etc.
  4. Selenium is an antioxidant.
  5. Fluoride is a part of bones and teeth.
  6. Manganese and Molybdenum are part of various enzymes and are required for their functioning.
  7. Chromium regulates the blood sugar levels associated with insulin.
  8. Copper helps in iron metabolism.
