Codominance:

1. Codominance is the type of dominance where the offspring show similarity to both the parents due to the blending of alleles
2. When both the parental characters are exhibited by the F1 generation, this is called codominance.
3. The offspring is going to be a combination of both the parent.
4. One of the best examples is the ABO blood group system.
5. There are various types of red blood cells such as O, A, AB, and B with or without having the Rh factor.
