What is genophore?

Genophore

1. When the prokaryotic cells fold the fibres it forms a genophore.
2. The undefined nucleus is surrounded by chromatin fibres.
3. It refers to the corresponding chromosome that function as inherited material in prokaryotes, viruses and semi-autonomous organelles.
4. It consists of nucleic acids, DNA or RNA but lacks histone proteins.
