The forests which are found in the areas getting rainfall in the range of 200 to 700 centimeters are known as moist or wet evergreen forests.

Dry deciduous forests:

The forests found in the areas having rainfall between the ranges of 100 to 200 centimeters are known as dry deciduous forests.
