The correct option is B CL
When a Roman numeral with the larger value is on the left, we add the values together.

When a Roman numeral with the larger value is on the right, we subtract the values.

Thus, XLV = (50 - 10 ) + 5 = 40 + 5 = 45,
XL = 50 - 10 = 40 and
LXV = 50 + 10 + 5 = 65.

Therefore, XLV + XL + LXV = 150.

But, 150 = 100 + 50 = CL.

Thus, the sum of XLV, XL and LXV in Roman numerals is CL.
