It depends on the magnitude of negative number. If the absolute value of negative integer is more than the positive integer, then result will be negative. If the absolute value of negative integer is less than the positive integer, then result will be positive.
Example: Let two numbers be 32 and -45
The absolute value of 32 is 32 and absolute value of -45 is 45.
Since, 45 > 32, the result will be negative. 32 + (-45) = -13
Now, take numbers like -32 and 45
The absolute value of -32 is 32 and absolute value of 45 is 45.
Since, 32 < 45, the result will be positive. -32 + 45 = 13.
Hence, it is not always true.
