The correct option is B Oxidation

Hydrogen is passed over hot copper oxide. The oxide of copper gets converted into copper metal and water. In copper oxide, the removal of oxygen i.e. reduction and oxygen are added to hydrogen that is oxidation. So the hydrogen is converted to water which is oxidation.
