• The kind of cells they are made of is a more basic characteristics for classification of organisms since it gives proper differentiation between them.
• The place where they live can often miss guide us as various different kind of organisms live in the same area. For example, a banyan tree and a cat live in the same area but are very distant biologically.
• One belongs to the Plant Kingdom whereas the other belongs to an Animal Kingdom.
• If we see on the basis of their cells, we can properly make out the difference between a plant cell and animal cells and differentiate them into different groups.
