Who has kinefelter syndrome?

Klinefelter syndrome: Klinefelter syndrome is caused due to one extra X chromosome in males.

1. Persons having the genetic arrangement as extra X chromosomes are said to having Klinefelter syndrome.
2. They have 47 chromosomes with XXY karyotype.
3. They are males with feminine characteristics such as breast development and are sterile.
4. Klinefelter syndrome is caused due to error during cell division at the time of gamete formation.
