With increase in dilution, molar conductivity increases,
$\land = K \times \frac{1}{C}$
$K$ decreases as the number of ions per unit volume carrying the current decreases on dilution.
Concentration decreases, $\frac{1}{C}$ increases which overcomes, decreases in conductivity. Hence molar conductivity increases.
