The Age of Revolution took place between 1763-1848 and was characterized by major revolutions. It was mostly in the America and Europe. this period of time is considered by historians to be the Age of Revolution. During this period major revolutions broke out that would alter the course of modern history. The American Revolution took place between 1763-1783, and it resulted in American independence from Great Britain and the creation of the United States of America. The French Revolution (1789-1799) resulted in the overthrow of King Louis XVI (and his execution) and the establishment of the First French Republic. In 1830 European revolution took place which resulted in the establishment of an independent kingdom of France and Belgium.
