Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released RAS Notification 2021 after completing RAS 2018 recruitment. Since 2018, no fresh notification had been out; and hence RPSC RAS State and Subordinate Services 2021-22 Notification is the latest RAS notification in three years. 988 Vacancies have been announced (363 for State Services, while 625 for Subordinate Services).
The RAS 2021 application process would start on 4th August 2021 and the last date to apply for the RAS Exam is 2nd September 2021.

Latest Update:
- The fresh dates for RAS Mains 2021 are 20th and 21st March 2022. These dates were announced by the Commission on 24th February 2022. It also announced that the exam will be held in two shifts – 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 5 pm.

- RAS Mains 2021 which were scheduled to be conducted on 25th February and 26th February 2022 got postponed.
What is RPSC & RAS Exam?
RPSC stands for Rajasthan Public Service Commission that is responsible for recruitment in state and subordinate services.
RAS stands for Rajasthan Administrative Services. Candidates have to sit for Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination, (TSP & Non-TSP) to get selected in RAS.
What is TSP & Non-TSP?
TSP stands for Tribal Sub-Plan areas. The areas having a tribal population of more than 50 percent.
Non-TSP stands for Non-Tribal Sub-Plan areas. The areas other than TSP areas are categorized as Non-TSP.

RPSC RAS Recruitment 2021 Details
As per the Commission, RAS advertisements for the recruitment for various posts are issued after the receipt of information from the concerned department/government.
Respective departments/government provide information about the recruitments of posts to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. After which, RPSC releases RAS Notification.
The date for the release of the latest RAS Notification is 20th July 2021. Candidates must note that RAS Notification 2018 was released on 12th April 2018. No notifications were released in the years 2019 and 2020.

How to submit RAS recruitment notification?
The step-by-step process is described below:
- Visit, RPSC official website – https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Click, ‘Apply Online’ link
- Log in at ‘SSO Portal’
- Select, ‘Recruitment Portal’
- Register using ‘One Time Registration (OTR)’
- Fill the Application Form and make the payment using Recruitment Portal services
- Application ID will be generated
Candidates must note the following points while using the RPSC Online portal for application:
- Once payment is successful, avoid using any other portal or service
- Payment once successful, will not be refunded
- To make any changes in the application form, Commission would announce a date by when one has to make amendments
- Register the mobile number which is active
- There is no avenue to submit the application offline.
