UPSC 2021 calendar with the revised dates was released on June 25, 2021, on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission. After the release of the recruitment notification on March 4, 2021, an updated schedule had to be released by the Commission due to the effects of the ongoing pandemic in the country.
A fresh set of UPSC exam dates 2021 was released for both prelims and mains exam. The UPSC prelims were announced for October and the IAS Mains 2021Â examination is now going to commence from 7th January 2022 onwards.

UPSC calendar 2021 was released much in advance in comparison to the dates of examination. However, this comprises only a tentative schedule and the Union Public Service Commission holds the final rights to change the schedule at any point in time during the recruitment.
Thus, aspirants who somehow skipped their opportunity to appear for the exam this year must start off with their UPSC 2022 preparation. The exam schedule for the same is already out.
