Madhya Pradesh Board class 7

Board Of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh (MPBSE) is responsible for the administrative and intellectual direction of the State’s higher educational system. The official languages of the MP are Hindi, English and Urdu. The Board regulates, supervises and governs the activities like devising the courses, prescribing syllabus and conducting examinations. The three main examinations conducted by MP Board are

• Middle School Examination for class VIII
• High School Certificate for class X
• Higher Secondary School Certificate for class XII

The MPBSE prescribes the syllabus for schools affiliated to it and conduct exams whose scores are necessary to gain admission in higher study institutes. In addition to the compulsory languages like English and Hindi, the optional languages like Sanskrit, Urdu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Sindhi, Malayalam, Persian, Arabic, French, Russian, Kannada or Oriya can be chosen. Mathematics, Science and Social Science are included as compulsory subjects in MP.

The MP Board has committees to maintain its regular activities. To provide quality education to all students, the board has done research and prescribed a standard syllabus. It is maintaining a coherent syllabus which is recommended for the mental and intellectual development of a student. The activities involved by MP Board are providing equivalence to the examination conducted by the other boards, grants affiliations to schools, conduct high school and intermediations, and it prescribes courses and textbooks at High school and intermediate levels.
