Telangana Board 2nd Year Intermediate Class 12 exam for the academic year 2021-22 is scheduled to be commencing from 23rd April, 2022 and end on 12th May, 2022.

The Board of Secondary Education, Telangana is responsible for organising and conducting Class 10 board exams (SSC). Telangana Board Class 10 exam for the academic year 2020-21 is expected to be commenced from 17th May 2021 and end on 26th May 2021.

The Telangana government decided to cancel the annual Class 10 exams 2021 and promote the students of the intermediate first year (Class 11), without any examinations because of the surge in Covid-19 cases. The decision was taken, after consideration of the present pandemic situation prevailing in the state and also keeping in view the decision of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to cancel the Class 10 exams, according to Special Chief Secretary, Chitra Ramchandran. Meanwhile, the results of Class 10 students are expected to be prepared based on the objective criteria to be developed by the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Board, at a later date. The orders issued by the School Education Department also states that any candidate who is not satisfied with marks allotted will be given an opportunity to sit in an exam, as and when the conditions are conducive.

The SSC exams were earlier scheduled from May 17. The department has also decided to promote all students of Intermediate first year without exams. It has also postponed the Intermediate second year (12th class) exams scheduled from 1 May 2021 to 19 May 2021. The department plans to review the situation in the first week of June and future dates will be announced with at least 15 days’ notice for the exams. The order issues also, goes on to state that every  Intermediate second-year students with backlogs will be given minimum passing marks for the backlogs only.

Also, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) conducts the Intermediate exams. As per the update, the exams is expected to be conducted from 02 May 2021 to 20 May 2021 for IInd year students and from 01 May 2021 to 19 May 2021 for Ist year students.  The Theory Examinations will be held from 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon.

Telangana Board Intermediate 1st and 2nd Year Exam Time-Table 2020-21

a) The Ethics & Human Values Examination will be conducted on 01-04-2021 (Thursday) from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. (one day)
b) The Environmental Education Examination will be conducted on 03-04-2021 (Saturday) from 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M. (one day)
c) The Practical Examinations will be conducted from 07-04-2021 (Wednesday) to 20-04-2021 (Tuesday) (including Sundays) in two sessions i.e., Morning Session from 9.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon and Afternoon Session from 2.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M.

For the year 2019, the Class 10 exams are scheduled to begin on 16th March 2019, and eventually conclude on 2nd April 2019. BSE, Telangana has also strictly instructed students that exams will be conducted even if the government has declared a holiday on any of the respective exam dates.
